Dive Crew Connect is a recruitment tool designed for dive centres to save time in the pre-selection and hiring procedures of their potential instructors and divemasters. We have a database from which we preselect the most suitable candidates. Leave the selection work to us and focus on what is relevant to your business. How does Dive Crew Connect work?
We have experience working with human teams in the diving industry, and we know that selecting and hiring a new candidate for your team can take time. Your job offer may usually receive dozens of applications, and many of them are not even close to what you are looking for. Leave the hard work to us. We will preselect a shortlist of three potential candidates, saving time for your company. After this pre-selection, we will send you these candidates for your last interview and approval. As a client, your company always has the last decision in the final hiring.

How much does the Dive Crew Connect service cost for my company?

The cost to preselect the three best candidates to meet the requirements is €295 per vacancy. In case of two vacancies, it would be €590, and so on.

How can my company register and hire the Dive Crew Connect service?

It's simple! All you have to do is fill out the forms with the requested information about your job offer. Once receive your form, we will contact you for a small informal chat, polish the details, and finally proceed to payment for our service.

1. All fields are mandatory except the field "Monthly salary net....". However, we highly recommend providing as much information as possible for your potential candidate
2. To add your job offer to our Dive Crew Connect database, you should fill out three forms (Dive Centre Information Form I, Job Offer Details Form II and Candidate Interpersonal Qualities and Skills Form III )
3. Send them using the correspondent button at the end for each form.
4. Voila, You are in! We will send an email confirmation to you.
