Dive Crew Connect is a job board recruitment tool that connects recreational and technical diving instructors looking for their first job opportunity in the diving industry or experienced professionals looking for new challenges and career destinations.

After a quick registration, the pre-selection process starts. Dive Crew Connect collects relevant information through two online forms filled out by the candidate. In the second part, the candidate carries out a preliminary video interview with our recruitment instructor in English, pre-selecting the specific candidate based on the requirements of the vacancy offered by the Dive Centre at that time. Once the pre-selection process is completed, the candidate will conduct a final interview with the Dive Centre Manager. The Dive Centre will make the final decision on the hiring.

There is no cost for recreational and technical diving instructors.
