What is it Dive Crew Connect?

Is a recruitment service designed for dive centers to save time in the search and pre-selection of their potential new diving instructors. Leave the selection work to us and focus on what is relevant to your business. 

As an employer, selecting and hiring a new candidate for your team can be tedious, stressful, and longer. Your job offer may usually receive dozens of applications, many of which are not even close to what you seek. In Dive Crew Connect, we will happily help you in this process!

How does Dive Crew Connect work?

Employer's job offer registration. We collect all information through forms filled out by the employer. The employer sends us the completed forms with all the details of the job offer

Publicity and broadcast.  We publish and broadcast your job offer on social media and specialized forum groups!

Search for a suitable candidate.  Based on the employer's job offer requirements, we will search our database and other specialized media for the best candidates!

Preliminary interview and selection. We will conduct interviews to find the ideal candidate for the vacant position. Later, we will preselect the two most suitable candidates and send them to the employer, making the final hiring decision.

How can I hire the Dive Crew Connect service?  It's simple! All you have to do is fill out the forms with the requested information about your job offer. Once receive your form, we will contact you for a small informal chat.

A bit about me  Hi!  I am Carlos Pradas, a recreational diving instructor, Tec diver, digital content writer, and the Director of the Aquacore Wrecks Expeditions. I have a background in Telecommunications Technician. I worked for several IT companies,. however, I have always felt more comfortable in the teaching field. I taught IT courses and also published some books.
I became an Instructor fully dedicated in 2014, gained experience and developed my work in Europe, the Caribbean, the Middle East and South Asia. My two passions underwater are the historic wreck sites and teaching diving. I have explored wrecks in Cyprus, Turkey, Colombia, Croatia, Greece, Jordan, Malta, Spain, Aruba, Israel, Italy, Honduras, and the Maldives. I would invite you to share my passion for wrecks and their history from my website.  Welcome to my journey!
